Sicherlich kann das klassisch Führungsverständnis eine Korrektur erfahren. Viel wichtiger ist aber die soziale Wertschätzung seiner Leute. Wenn die nämlich stimmt, ist ziemlich unbedeutend, ob hierarchisch geführt wird oder nicht.
